Answer: After the merger of Tainan City and Tainan County, the above matter is handled by the Water Resources Administration Section in the Minjhih Civic Center (4th floor of the Century Building). However, the Rainwater Sewer Engineering Section in Yonghua Civic Center can also accepts the application for nearby citizens.
