Is an application required for facility wells? What unit should I apply to?

Answer: In accordance with Articles 27, 28 and 46 of Water Act, it is necessary to apply to the competent authorities prior to using the facility wells; otherwise, punishment will be imposed in accordance with the relevant regulations. For application of water rights or any related questions, please contact the Water Resources Administration Section of the Bureau.
