The WRB conducted the procurement for the "Tainan City Anping Reclaimed Water Plant New Construction Turnkey Project" (Bid No.: wat108129) through open tender and the most favorable bid award method. In order to ensure the quality of reclaimed water, water supply and emergency response capability, the WRB conducted parallel test operation of the Anping Reclaimed Water Plant Project according to requirements of the tender document. Parallel testing will begin at 12:00 noon on April 14, 2020 and is scheduled to end at 12:00 noon on May 14, 2020 for a period of 30 days. The treatment process will be operated continuously according to the process proposed in the service proposal of the vendor to verify the quality of reclaimed water, energy consumption, stable operation of the system, and the flexibility of emergency response to ensure that the designed water treatment process and facilities of the reclaimed water plant are effective and achieve high quality, stable treatment efficiency, and stable supply of reclaimed water.
