The WRB conducted the procurement for the "Tainan City Anping Reclaimed Water Plant New Construction Turnkey Project" (Bid No.: wat108129) through open tender and the most favorable bid award method. In order to ensure the quality of reclaimed water, water supply and emergency response capability, the parallel test commenced at 12:00 noon on April 14, 2020 and the 30-day test was successfully completed at 12:00 noon on May 14, 2020.
During the process, the bidding contractors were involved in the continuous operation of the proposed reclaimed water treatment process equipment. The responsible unit compiled the test results of water quality, water production, power consumption, and dosing quantity collected during the test period, and provided the evaluation committee with the service proposal and other information of the evaluated contractors for the reference of the bidding contractors, in order to select the best contractor.
