The detailed design review of the "Anping Reclaimed Water Plant New Construction Turnkey Project" was approved in principle on January 4, 2021, and the project is being carried out in phases. In order to strengthen the concept of law and discipline, reduce the potential risks and disputes of the project, and optimize the exchange of information and opinions, on February 22, 2021, the Director-General of the Water Resources Bureau, Han Jung-Hua, led his colleagues from the Ethics Office and the Business Division to meet with Chief Prosecutor Yeh Shu-Wen, Head Prosecutor Hsu Chia-Lung, and Director Wu Chia-Ling, of the Tainan District Prosecutors Office for the second liaison meeting of the Integrity Platform.
During the meeting, Director-General Han thanked Chief Prosecutor General Yeh and Head Prosecutor Hsu for their continued assistance with the Integrity Platform, which has enabled the WRB's staff to work with peace of mind and for the project to move forward smoothly. At the same time, he also invited the Tainan District Prosecutors Office to participate in the launching ceremony of the Integrity Platform for another major project of the city, the Rende Reclaimed Water Project.
The WRB will continue to work on the "Tainan City Anping Reclaimed Water Plant New Construction Turnkey Project" and will continue to uphold the goal of "clean and efficient" public works projects, create a quality public works procurement environment, establish a quality public service environment, and enable major public works construction to be completed on schedule and in quality, in an effort to fulfill the policy determination of "better quality means better life for the people".
