As part of the Government Procurement Integrity Platform operations for the Rende Reclaimed Water Plant New Construction Turnkey Project, the Water Resources Bureau (WRB) of the Tainan City Government has continued to organize site visits and educational training sessions in 2024. In 2023, a total of 921 participants attended site visits, while in the first half of 2024, the number of visitors reached 182. These activities were facilitated with the participation and support of the turnkey contractor and project management unit. By inviting government agencies and academic institutions to participate in site visits and training programs, the initiative provides hands-on experience in engineering and operational processes. This approach enhances public understanding of construction site operations and occupational safety procedures while reinforcing safety awareness and legal compliance among turnkey contractors, project management firms, and WRB personnel. Through these efforts, the WRB aims to foster a high-quality public infrastructure procurement environment and promote legal awareness from the ground up.
