The Water Resources Bureau (WRB) of the Tainan City Government has planned and promoted the Hutou River Drainage Waste Removal and Disposal Project Integrity Forum. On Oct 17, WRB Director-General Chiu Chung-chuan and representatives from the Civil Service Ethics Office visited the Tainan District Prosecutors Office to invite them to participate in the forum. By bringing together multiple agencies, experts, and scholars across different disciplines, the forum aims to gather legal and practical expertise to serve as guidance for procurement and contract execution. This initiative also seeks to prevent potential irregularities,protect against undue external influence, and enhance execution efficiency, reinforcing transparent and accountable governance in public infrastructure projects.
